Terms of Service
Operational draft updated: July 12, 2026
Agreement to Terms
The following terms and conditions are the legal basis for services provided by MyVisas LLC and are acknowledged by the customer upon placing an order. MyVisas LLC is a private company and is not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. We provide paid consulting and application handling services.

1. Limitations of Service
We only submit visa applications when we have all the necessary documents in full. The processing times guaranteed in the application documents refer to the period between the submission of the application and the return of the visa-stamped passports. In this context, only business days (Mon. to Fri.) are counted as processing time, on which the respective visa office is also open (i.e., not closed due to holidays). It is also noted that the processing speed can occasionally be delayed by factors within the jurisdiction of the foreign visa offices, e.g., because documents are requested, interview dates are scheduled, or additional checks are initiated. MyVisas LLC cannot be held liable for such delays. The decision to grant a visa lies solely with the foreign consulates. Therefore, MyVisas LLC cannot guarantee that all applicants' requests will be met. Unless otherwise instructed, we are authorized to perform our service in the best interest of the client at our reasonable discretion. Visa type, visa validity, and the number of permitted entries may thus differ from the client's order in individual cases. This may particularly be the case if the client clearly needs their visa very quickly (e.g., because they have commissioned processing as "SameDay", "Express" or "Expedited" or have indicated a very soon departure date in their documents), but we cannot reach them immediately. If the visa is not granted by the embassy at all or not according to the applicant's wishes, this does not justify a claim for a reduction in fees or a refund.

2. Responsibility and Service Limits
MyVisas LLC is responsible for performing its own agreed services with reasonable care. We do not control government decisions, processing times, interviews, additional-document requests, courier performance or other acts of independent third parties. Please report an apparent error promptly so that we can investigate and, where possible, remedy it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Any monetary limitation, shortened claim period or third-party risk allocation requires state-specific legal approval before production publication.

3. Communication
Communication between the contractor and the client is primarily conducted electronically. The client is obligated to regularly check their emails and the associated spam folder for incoming messages until they receive their visa after sending their application documents to our company. Disadvantages that arise for the client due to unread, unnoticed, or unread-deleted emails are at their own risk.

4. Cancellation of Order
You may request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Before work starts, service fees will be refunded unless a clearly disclosed government or third-party cost has already been committed at your request. After work starts, any service-fee deduction will reflect work already performed. Government, authority, courier and other third-party fees are non-refundable only after they have actually been paid or irreversibly committed and cannot be recovered. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Payment Arrears
If an undisputed amount remains unpaid, we may send reasonable reminders and use lawful civil collection procedures. Interest, collection fees or recovery costs will be charged only where clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law. We do not describe ordinary contract debt as a criminal matter.

6. No General Online Cooling-Off Promise
US federal law does not provide a general 30-working-day cooling-off period for ordinary online visa-service orders. The FTC Cooling-Off Rule applies to qualifying sales made at certain locations away from a seller's permanent place of business. Our contractual cancellation and refund rules are stated here and in the Refund Policy, subject to any additional non-waivable right provided by the law that applies to you.

7. Governing Law
The governing-law and forum clause must be confirmed against MyVisas LLC's registration, principal place of business and the customer's mandatory state consumer rights before production approval. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable right or forum available under applicable law.
