Refund Policy
Operational draft updated: July 12, 2026
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on when cancellation is requested, what services have already been performed, and the reason for rejection or non-approval. Government decision outcomes are not fully within our control, but we review service-side errors under our refund policy and provide support on next steps.

Fees and Refund Boundaries
Our service fees cover consulting, document review, application preparation support, and processing coordination. Depending on the destination and service configuration, government or third-party fees may be included in the displayed price or charged separately, and such fees are typically non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority or provider. If you cancel after we have started work, refunds may be reduced to reflect services already performed. If an application is refused by a government authority for reasons unrelated to an error in our service, our consulting and processing fees are generally non-refundable, but we will review the case and advise on possible next steps.

Non-Refundable Cases
Subject to non-waivable law, a refund is generally unavailable for work already performed; government or third-party fees already paid or irreversibly committed; refusal or delay caused by an authority rather than our service; inaccurate or incomplete applicant information; missing documents; or a change of travel plans after submission. We will not retain a fee for work not performed or a recoverable third-party amount. A separately purchased refusal-protection product is governed only by the specific coverage shown at purchase; its final covered fee components still require owner approval.

Requesting a Refund
Email [email protected] with the order reference, cancellation date, reason and any authority notice relevant to the request. We will identify the service work completed, government or third-party amounts committed, and the resulting refundable balance. This policy does not limit any non-waivable remedy available under applicable law.
