Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers by topic and by destination. We cover visa requirements, passport questions, processing, and service support.
What is an e-Visa?
An e-Visa is an official document issued by the immigration department that allows entry into a country. It is an alternative to a paper visa issued by embassies. It is linked electronically to your passport.
What do I usually need to start a visa application?
Requirements vary by country and visa type, but most applications require a valid passport, travel dates, contact details, and destination-specific information such as accommodation or host details. Some countries may require a photo, supporting letters, or additional documents based on travel purpose.
Why use a visa service instead of applying directly?
Many travelers can apply on their own, but a service can reduce mistakes, save time, and help organize destination-specific requirements. We provide paid consulting and application support services, and we help you complete and review the information before submission. Government approval decisions remain with the relevant authorities.
When do I complete the full visa application form?
For many destinations on our platform, you first complete checkout and payment and then continue to an order-linked application form. This keeps your selected service, billing details, and application record tied to the same order for processing and tracking.
How long does processing take?
Processing times vary by country and visa category. Some destinations support selectable processing speeds (for example Standard or Express), while others have a single timeline. The options shown during checkout reflect the current service levels for that destination.
Does visa approval guarantee entry?
No. Visa or travel authorization approval does not guarantee admission. Final entry is determined by border and immigration officers at the port of entry.
What if my visa is rejected?
Government approval decisions are made by the relevant immigration authority. If a rejection is caused by an error in our handling, we will review the case and apply our refund policy. If the rejection is based on eligibility or government discretion, we will guide you on available next steps where possible.
Do U.S. travelers need ETIAS for Europe?
ETIAS is not yet operating. The European Union says it will announce the specific start date several months before launch. U.S. travelers should check the official EU ETIAS website before travel because eligibility, timing, transition rules, and participating countries may change.
Do you offer support before I place an order?
Yes. We can help you understand visa types, basic requirements, and whether a destination is suitable for your travel purpose before you complete checkout. Final eligibility and approval are always determined by the relevant authorities.
Is my personal data safe?
We use encrypted transmission for application and payment flows, and payment card processing is handled by the payment provider. We only collect the information needed to prepare, submit, and support your visa application and related customer service.
Do I need to send my original passport?
For many electronic visas and travel authorizations, no original passport shipment is required because the authorization is issued electronically and linked to your passport. For destinations that still require physical visa processing, the requirements are shown before checkout and in the destination-specific instructions.
How long should my passport be valid?
Many destinations require your passport to remain valid for at least 6 months beyond entry or departure, but the exact rule depends on the country and visa type. Always check the destination page and your official travel requirements before submitting.
What if I have a non-U.S. passport?
We support many passport nationalities, but eligibility, fees, and processing timelines can differ by nationality. Review the destination details and contact support if you need help confirming eligibility before checkout.
What documents are commonly requested in addition to a passport?
Depending on destination and visa type, you may need a passport photo, flight itinerary, hotel booking, invitation letter, business documents, or proof related to your travel purpose. Requirements vary and can change, so prepare documents based on the destination and visa type you select.
Should I keep digital and printed copies of my documents?
Yes. We recommend keeping digital and printed copies of your passport bio page, visa/authorization approval, flight itinerary, and accommodation or invitation details. This helps during travel, check-in, and border inspection.
What if my passport details change after approval?
Most e-Visas and travel authorizations are linked to a specific passport. If your passport number changes, your existing approval may no longer be valid and you may need to submit a new application. Contact support before traveling if your passport was renewed or replaced.
