Terms of Service
MyVisas LLC
Agreement to Terms
The following terms and conditions are the legal basis for services provided by MyVisas LLC and are acknowledged by the customer upon placing an order. MyVisas LLC is a private company and is not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. We provide paid consulting and application handling services.
1. Our Service and Government Decisions
We provide private visa consulting, document review, application preparation and processing coordination. We are not a government agency, embassy or consulate. We submit or coordinate an application only after receiving the information, documents and payment required for the selected service. Government authorities alone decide whether to request more information, schedule an interview, issue a visa, set its validity or entries, delay processing or refuse an application. Our estimates describe our service or available authority information; they are not guarantees of a government outcome or completion date.
2. Our Responsibility
MyVisas LLC will perform the services identified in your order with reasonable care. We are responsible for our own errors, subject to applicable law, but do not control acts or omissions of governments, visa-processing centers, payment providers, couriers or other independent third parties. Please report an apparent error promptly so that we can investigate and, where possible, correct it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
3. Electronic Communications
We primarily communicate through the email address and other contact details supplied with the order. You agree to receive service messages, notices and records electronically and are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking your inbox and spam folder. Contact us promptly if your details change or a message appears incorrect. This consent does not authorize marketing messages where separate consent is required.
4. Cancellation of Order
You may request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Before work starts, service fees will be refunded unless a clearly disclosed government or third-party cost has already been committed at your request. After work starts, any service-fee deduction will reflect work already performed. Government, authority, courier and other third-party fees are non-refundable only after they have actually been paid or irreversibly committed and cannot be recovered. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Payment Arrears
If an undisputed amount remains unpaid, we may send reasonable reminders and use lawful civil collection procedures. Interest, collection fees or recovery costs will be charged only where clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law. We do not describe ordinary contract debt as a criminal matter.
6. No General Online Cooling-Off Promise
US federal law does not provide a general 30-working-day cooling-off period for ordinary online visa-service orders. The FTC Cooling-Off Rule applies to qualifying sales made at certain locations away from a seller's permanent place of business. Our contractual cancellation and refund rules are stated here and in the Refund Policy, subject to any additional non-waivable right provided by the law that applies to you.
7. Governing Law, Disputes and Contact
MyVisas LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms and our services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute, and nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable law, forum or remedy available to a consumer. Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter. Our contact address is 390 Northeast 191st Street, 67112, Miami, FL 33179, United States. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
