Information We Process
Depending on the service, MyVisas LLC may process identifiers and contact details, account and order records, passport and identity information, photographs and supporting documents, travel and family information, billing and transaction records, communications, and technical security or usage data. We obtain this information from you, people acting with your authorization, service providers involved in your order, and government or visa-processing entities where needed to manage the application.
How We Use and Disclose Information
We use information to provide and support the requested service, prepare and coordinate applications, communicate with you, process and reconcile payments, prevent fraud, secure and diagnose the service, keep required business records, handle disputes and comply with law. We disclose relevant information only as reasonably necessary to government, immigration, diplomatic or visa-processing entities and to providers supporting hosting, communications, payment, document handling, delivery, security and professional advice. Those recipients may be located outside your state or country because visa services are international. We do not authorize them to use application data for their own unrelated purposes.
Retention, Security and Your Choices
We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting and legal obligations, dispute handling, security and fraud prevention, then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable. We use access controls and technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, or exercise an available right concerning certain uses or disclosures, without unlawful discrimination. Email [email protected]; we may verify your identity or authority and will explain any lawful limitation. Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this Policy and will post the revised date here. MyVisas LLC, 390 Northeast 191st Street, 67112, Miami, FL 33179, United States, is responsible for this Policy.

You may also request information about our collection, use and disclosure practices, use an authorized agent, and exercise applicable rights without discrimination. During the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information collected and disclosed for business purposes were the categories described above, as applicable to each customer and service.
