Information We Process
Depending on the service, MyVisas LLC may process identifiers and contact details, account and order records, passport and identity information, photographs and supporting documents, travel and family information, billing and transaction records, communications, and technical security or usage data. We obtain this information from you, people acting with your authorization, service providers involved in your order, and government or visa-processing entities where needed to manage the application.

Purposes and Disclosures
We use information to provide and support the requested service, prepare and coordinate applications, communicate with you, process and reconcile payments, prevent fraud, secure and diagnose the service, keep required business records, handle disputes, and comply with law. We disclose relevant information only as needed to government, immigration, diplomatic or visa-processing entities and to providers supporting hosting, communications, payment, document handling, delivery, security and professional advice. The production provider list and any international transfers require final operational verification.

Retention, Security and Requests
We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including service delivery, accounting, legal obligations, disputes, security and fraud prevention. A concrete production retention schedule is still required. We use access controls and technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system can promise absolute security. Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information or exercise another available privacy right by emailing [email protected]. We will verify requests and explain any lawful limitation. Applicable state-specific notices must be added if MyVisas LLC's nexus and statutory thresholds require them.
