Refund Policy
This policy applies to services provided by MyVisas LLC under the My Evisas brand.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on when we receive your cancellation request, the work already performed, fees already paid or irreversibly committed to a government authority or third party, and whether an error in our service affected the order. Unless the Refusal Protection section below applies, a government refusal or delay does not by itself establish a service error or an automatic refund, but we will review the circumstances and explain the available next steps.
Fees and Refund Boundaries
Our service fees cover consulting, document review, application preparation support, and processing coordination. Depending on the destination and service configuration, government or third-party fees may be included in the displayed price or charged separately, and such fees are typically non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority or provider. If you cancel after we have started work, refunds may be reduced to reflect services already performed. Unless Refusal Protection applies, consulting and processing fees are generally non-refundable when an application is refused for reasons unrelated to an error in our service.
Non-Refundable Cases
Subject to non-waivable law and the Refusal Protection section below, a refund is generally unavailable for work already performed; government or third-party fees already paid or irreversibly committed; refusal or delay caused by an authority rather than our service; inaccurate or incomplete applicant information; missing documents; or a change of travel plans after submission. We will not retain a fee for work not performed or a recoverable third-party amount.
Refusal Protection
Refusal Protection is an optional service for selected visa services and applies only when it was offered and purchased for the covered order. If we submitted the application and the relevant authority officially refuses it, the protection applies when the applicant provided genuine, complete, current, and accurate information and documents, did not withhold any material fact, and met required deadlines.
For an eligible refusal, we will refund 100% of our service fees paid for the covered order, including the Refusal Protection fee. Government, consular, embassy, visa-center, delivery, translation, insurance, and other third-party fees or costs are not refundable under this protection.
The protection does not apply to false or incomplete information, a material omission, failure to meet a required deadline, an application changed or submitted outside the process handled by us, withdrawal, or abandonment. A pending application, processing delay, request for documents, visa revocation after approval, or denial of admission at a border is not a visa refusal under this protection. A prior refusal or other adverse fact truthfully disclosed before purchase does not by itself exclude coverage if we accepted and submitted the covered application. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Other Refund Requests
For a cancellation, service issue, or other refund question, email [email protected] with the order reference and relevant details. We will identify the service work completed, government or third-party amounts committed, and any refundable balance. This policy does not limit any non-waivable remedy available under applicable law.
